Scranton is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Scranton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The air conditioning has been broken for a whole week. They said they do not know when it will be fixed. Bees back yard makes a lot of money cause I research them and you mean to tell me that they can’t call the hvac company or summit mechanical to fix the problem instead of staying open and taking advantage of us parents by taking our money and have our kids and us suffer from heat exhaustion 😑😑😑😑. my kids did not enjoy themselves because they were to hot. As you can see they were trying to use house hold fans that do not cool anything at all, Worst day ever and a waste of money.

Title: Terrible Customer Service & Inaccurate Hours. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and misleading information from Bee's Backyard. Before visiting on a Wednesday, I did my due diligence: I checked the official website and listened to their automated phone system. Both explicitly stated they open at 11:00 AM.When we arrived at 11:00 AM, we were turned away and told they had a private event and wouldn't open until 12:30 PM. The staff member rudely told me I "should have checked Facebook," because Facebook had the correct hours. It is completely unreasonable to expect paying customers to bypass an official website and phone line to hunt for updates on social media. If your hours are conditional on private parties, your website and automated phone system must state that.Worse than the scheduling error was the staff's attitude. The girl working was snappy, defensive, and confrontational. When I mentioned that I had called their number, she accused me of lying and claimed she had "been here all morning and the phone didn't ring." Even after I literally showed her the call log on my screen, she refused to apologize. Instead, she doubled down with, "Well, I can'

My toddler had a lot of fun. That’s all that matters and I will come back. I’m grateful to have this place as an option to bring him there. Advice for parents. Call ahead of coming to check they’re open. It takes a minute and they may close early if there’s nobody around (understandably). Constructive feedback for improvement-realizing that it’s a locally-owned business in a not-so-striving mall so I’m sure you are doing your best already. Some toys did have dead batteries (toddler didn’t seem to mind 🀣 - USB rechargeable batteries might be an option to explore if that’s not already the case), the lighting is very dim/harsh, warmer options might be more inviting. White socks were a bit dark at the end of the session, admittedly it was the end of the day though πŸ˜€. Thank you for the service to the community!

we decided to have a day trip to Scranton and had so much fun at this Playhouse. We took our four and two-year-old kids and both of them had the time of their life. Huge jungle gym area with multiple slides for the older kids. They also had a blowup slide, which was awesome. A whole separate padded toddler area for the smaller kiddos. A Lego wall to play on. lots of fun stuff and we paid nine dollars a kid which was super reasonably priced! I will note that the snack bar was lacking so I would pack your own snacks and drinks.
